Overview
CSCM Broadband provides the full complement of
broadband services, up to 8MB connections, all
installed and configured on
your premises by our I.T. Service Engineers.
Contacting third party ADSL providers can be
time consuming and require a member of staff to
help find the cause of a fault. We provide a
central point of contact for your ADSL
connection and faults can be logged with our
support staff without the need for your users to
become distracted from their primary concern,
your business.

Telephone Support and Fault Logging
Here at CSCM we offer a free broadband telephone
support service. Any problems just give us a
call and you’ll come straight through to one of
our professional engineers. All faults are
then logged for more efficient analysis.
