Black Country 5K Fun Run
and 10K Road Race
3rd July 2016
The team here at CSCM participated in the annual Black Country Road Race and Fun Run on Sunday 3rd July. As one of the main sponsors we were keen to get involved and contribute to this great event. It was a huge success and there was a brilliant turn out as always, the sun was shining and there was a colorful array of runners and walkers! Our official photographer Dave Hadley was there to show support and capture the highlights of the day.
We would like to thank everyone who took part, volunteers from the Halesowen and Rowley Regis Rotary, council workers and the huge number of families and friends that helped out. People came from across the region raising money for all kinds of charities.
For more information about the day or if you would be interested to join in next year. Please visit http://www.theblackcountryrun.com/
This event was organised by Halesowen and Rowley Regis Rotary Club. Click hereif you would like to know more about joining the rotary.

Your Monthly I.T. Tip
Quick and Easy Shortcuts
To make sure you are getting the most from your PCs we would like to share with you some easy shortcuts, which can be used to speed up your working pace:
PAGE UP, SPACEBAR AND PAGE DOWN
Pressing either the page up or page down will move that page one page at a time in that direction. When browsing the Internet, pressing the spacebar also moves the page down one page at a time.
Open a print preview of the current page or document being viewed.
CTRL HOME OR CTRL END
Ctrl + Home will move the cursor to the beginning of the document and Ctrl + End will move the cursor to the end of a document. These shortcuts work with most documents, as well as web pages.
While working on a document or other file in almost every program, pressing Ctrl + S saves that file. Use this shortcut key frequently if you're working on anything important in case an error happens, you lose power, or another problem that causes you to lose any work since the last save.
CTRL BACKSPACE AND CTRL LEFT OR RIGHT ARROW
Pressing Ctrl + Backspace will delete a full word at a time instead of a single letter.
Holding down the Ctrl key while pressing the left or right arrow will move the cursor one word at a time instead of one character at a time. If you want to highlight one word at a time, hold down Ctrl + Shift and then press the left or right arrow key to move one word at a time in that direction while highlighting each word.
